Set on a scenic two-acre hillside in Mahabaleshwar, this luxury villa development is conceived as a tranquil retreat that embraces the surrounding valley landscape. The project consists of eleven private villas along with a boutique hotel block comprising twenty guest rooms and a banquet facility, creating a destination that blends private living with hospitality.

The villas are carefully arranged in a staggered layout across the sloping terrain to ensure uninterrupted valley views for each residence while maintaining privacy between units. Two villa typologies have been designed, including spacious three-bedroom and four-bedroom configurations ranging from approximately 1400 sq.ft. to 2200 sq.ft.
